Just went on the Clean and Clear website to sign up for their goodies. So, here is my BoB (Bargain of the Blog)... There are 3 great coupons on this website.

Customized Vitamins

Today I got an email from Nature Made Vitamins offering me a $1 off coupon. Actually, when I logged in, I was offered three different coupons.

That isn't really the cool part... What I really loved was the idea that you can earn vitamins, by entering codes from vitamins that you buy from Nature Made. Codes are found on the individual bottles or boxes and range from 50 to 150 points based on the item and amount of the vitamin. You can earn a $5 coupon by logging 500 points. That could be as few as four bottles!

Walgreens and CVS often have this brand on sale, and there are lots of coupons in the newspapers throughout the year. You can definitely get them discounted. Also, if you live near a Rite Aid, you can use their $2 coupon, too. Go to Adperks to watch videos and earn coupons.

Now, here is the fun part... they have an online survey that helps to customize a vitamin program just for you! The survey is quick and easy - no trick questions. At the end of the survey, a page appears with a set of vitamins suggested for your health, fitness and diet.

You can order your custom vitamins from Nature Made's Vitamin ID website for about $36 per month. Also, if you sign up for autoship, then shipping is free. If you cannot afford $9 per week in vitamins, then take the recommendation and try to catch the sales and coupons to make your own sets at home.

Lowe's and Home Depot Coupons

If you are a woodworking fan or love to garden, you may want to sign up for the Lowe's electronic or paper version of the Lowe's Creative Ideas for Woodworkers or the Lowe's Creative Ideas for Home and Garden. I received my copy in the mail this week of the Woodworkers version and it had a couple of nice coupons. Save 20% on Elmer's Pro Bond Woodfiller and 20% on Zinsser Bulls Eye Wood Finishing Product. I think I will sign up for the gardening newsletter today, too.

Home Depot also has a gardening club. They sent me a couple of electronic coupons that are pretty cool. Buy one Mum, Get one free and Buy any long handle garden tool over $10, Get a free Vigoro bulb planter. I don't know how much I'll use a bulb planter, but I love mums in October!

JoAnn's Coupons and Classes

Last weekend I took a Sewing 101 class at Jo-Ann's. It was a blast! I can now sew pillowcases. Guess what everyone is getting for Christmas!

I have had a sewing machine sitting in its little plastic case for about six years now, but have never taken the time to learn how to use it. So, I am almost 40 years old and cannot sew a straight line. (I hear the key to sewing a straight line is to cut a straight line! Now, there is my real problem.)

And now you ask, "Why are you starting to sew at age 39, I mean 25?" Well, I have decided that all of the cute, little, custom-made dresses that I buy for my daughter cannot be that hard to make! I am a pretty sharp gal, so surely I can figure out how to work this crazy contraption called a sewing machine.
